    FILM FACED PLYWOOD

  • It is high-quality plywood with special film 120g/m2.
  • Edges are sealed with water-resistant acrylic paint.

    ANTI-SLIP PLYWOOD

  • One side provided with anti-slip wire mesh surface, the other is smooth.

  • This is a constructional plate consisting of micro-veneer with wooden chips facing in all directions in three layers. Designed for bearing purposes.
  • The main advantage of these plates is considered to be the fact that it combines a high level of durability with good drilling and cutting characteristics while maintaining structural integrity.
  • The hard, smooth, hooded surface of the plate makes the cleaning process much easier.
  • Due to the adhesive based on melamine the plate retains it’s dimensions in humid conditions (minor swelling and liner expansion).

  • Flat wooden chips (20 – 75 mm of length) are stacked together into three layers
  • In the two equally thick outer layers there are only chips oriented parallel to the longer sides of the plate
  • In the inner layer, which forms 50% of the plates’ volume, the chips are mainly oriented parallel to shorter sides of the plate
  • phenol-formaldehyde resin is used to form these OSB plates and its’ percentage in the overall weight of the plate reaches 2.5%

    Particleboard – raw

  • Particleboard (known also as chipboard), is an engineered wood product manufactured from wood chips, sawmill shavings and a synthetic resin or other suitable binder, which is pressed and extruded.
  • The board is suitable for humid conditions and can be refined with paper, melamine, veneer or laminate.
  • The particleboard complies with the norm EN 312 and the standard E1.
  • Usage: furniture, organization of exhibitions, production of packages, floors (under PVC, carpets, etc.)

    ANTIVLAM

  • Fire retardant particleboard for use in dry conditions.
  • Chipboard with sanded, fine surface and particularly screwable core.
  • Surface can be refined with paper, melamine, veneer or laminate.
  • Usage: The board is especially appropriate to usage in public buildings such as hospitals, airports, restaurants, theatres, hotels, etc.
  • Basic formats and types:

    Width 2440 – 2620 mm – length to 6300 mm
    Thickness 8 – 25 mm

    BETONSPAN

  • Melamine-coated moisture resistant board for professional concrete formwork.
  • The board has high density and particularly screwable core.
  • Surface with aminoplast film 200/200 g.
  • The board is subject to minimal expansion and swelling in conditions of high humidity.
  • The board is easy to saw and has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class).
  • Usage: Suitable for concrete formwork.

    HIDROFLAM

  • The particleboard with the fire retardant characteristics of Antivlam combined with the properties of a moisture resistant P5 board.
  • The board has high density, the particleboard with sanded, fine surface and particularly screwable core.
  • MUF glued
  • The board is subject to minimal expansion and swelling in conditions of high humidity.
  • Surface can be refined with paper, melamine, veneer or laminate.
  • Hidroflam withstands extreme heat and fire, does not contribute to flame spread and has a smoke development comparable to that of natural wood.
  • Usage: The board is appropriate to usage in public buildings such as hospitals, airports, restaurants, theatres, hotels, etc.

  • A raw fiberboard, produced in a wet process, with one smooth side, of density over 0,8 g/cm3
  • USES: for further processing, as packaging material, in construction and woodworking.

  • Formwork board with three layers of timber glued together, the two outer boards are glued lengthwise and the inside board is glued crosswise
  • Glued with Melamine Urea Formol (MUF) under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, based on the SWP/3 Exterior condition of the UNE CEN/TS 13354 standard
  • Surface is protected from the concrete by means of a melamine layer applied under controlled pressure on temperature conditions
  • The product is certified according to UNE-EN 13353:2003
